The Confederation of Swedish Enterprise and their membership organisations represent 55.000 Swedish companies. They chose Acando as their consultant partner to implement the new business critical solution for membership management and invoicing system.
The Confederation of Swedish Enterprise, known as Svenskt Näringsliv in Sweden, has chosen Acando for its selection and implementation of their membership management and invoicing system. The solution is based on a combination of standardised systems from Microsoft, namely MS CRM and MS Dyn Axapta.
Acando has been working in close cooperation with Svenskt Näringsliv since summer 2007. A pre-study and the project definition requirements was the basis for the proof of concept that ensures the chosen solution. The existing management system has been around since 1992.
“With the implementation of this new solution there is a new foundation and opportunity both for us and our 50 membership organisations to give the membership companies better service. The long term effects that are expected are sustainable and cost efficient IT-platform, user friendliness for our 1000 users as well as cost efficient customer support and maintenance”, says Marie Rudberg, Administrative Director, Svenskt Näringsliv.
"We are proud to contribute to improving internal effectiveness and adding membership value through this strategic change for Svenskt Näringsliv”, says Bengt Lejdström, CFO and Acting CEO Acando.
The solution went into production March 16 2009. The project has reached the defined goals and has been implemented on time and within budget. “The close cooperation between Svenskt Näringsliv and Acando has been one of the projects key success factors”, Marie Rudberg continues.
